2.5kG of pure copper affording a vanishingly small RDC of 64mΩ with 680 μH of inductance at 2% tolerance. Cross section area is about 10mm² so you can test assured this custom made coil is as good as it gets unless you are willing to spend a fortune on pure silver coils. With 90mm diameter at a height of 55mm it is best suited for external crossover assemblies, besides it makes no sense to subject it to vibrations and pressure changes inside a cabinet, if you are looking to extract its full potential. It is not cheap by any means, but it is worth every penny if you consider the way it lets your midrange driver sing.

Quality you'd expect from Wima
Compact footprint with 5mm PCM is very handy for replacing electrolytics. Low tanΔ, low loss and high self-resonance frequency makes them comparatively transparent as coupling capacitors in audio circuits. Once you grab a pack of 10, you are likely to find at least a couple of pairs matching to within 0.5% or better.

Excellent value for money
For a little over £5.00 you're getting two pairs of surprisingly sturdy, fine plated and precision machined plugs with a good amount of grip on the sockets once engaged. They have been swiftly delivered without the slightest mark, scuff or signs of corrosion and have been a doddle to solder properly. I have used a heat sink, as always, however I'm pretty sure the polymer casing surrounding the centre pin would not soften and distort the alignment even if I hadn't. Highly recommended.
