Makita drill battery
The 3 batteries of my Makita drill and screwdriver had all died one by one, I had decided to buy a new drill and driver, but thought I would just check on Ebay for replacement battery, availability and price before buying new tools and was pleasantly surprised to find they were available at approximately £18.00 . I ordered one to test and am going to reorder another 2 to make my drill & driver 100% again.

Vent Axia Fan
VA100SVXT12LV seems to be the perfect solution to bathroom extraction/ventilation problems.
Purchased in anticipation of completion of new extension, so not installed yet.

kitchen door hinge marking gauge.
It's good for what it is, it's plastic but then it's only a marking gauge and will serve well if looked after.
