It would be the ideal tool if it were available in 230 volt form

It needs a good blast
By distracting my dog it help to regain control and curbs bad behavior.

The phone will not except a sim card. NO SERVICE
This phone looks great but will not work with Virgin network I have tried my original sim and two new ones from Virgin all with same outcome of no service
