Disappointing range for a tri-band wi-fi router
This is a refurbished model which was relatively easy to set up (But the mobile app would not work. Had to run set up from the browser). The main problem with this unit is the wi-fi range; I get a better signal (in all my rooms) from a neighbors wi-fi. The external antennas fit is sloppy and direction adjustment is only up or down and doesn't appear to have much effect on the range. The maximum distance from the router that I measured was thirty-five (35) feet and a maximum of three (3) walls. My old router does better. Would not recommend this product.

Good - - Not great
The sound quality is good as long as the volume is up (at low volume, the right channel is very weak).
What keeps this from a four star rating is the volume slider; it's scratchey at times and does not slide that easy.
Other than that; they are a good value for the money.

Looks easy to use and well designed, but have not been able to get it to function.
It should be straight forward as everything is marked and easy to access.
Not good if it will not work (I keep hoping that I missed something).
