Does the trick
It bores through wood as you'd expect. Going on the end of the grain can be tougher and it seems that for larger bore holes you should use a smaller size or two first, then reach it with the larger size or else you'll heat up the bit with effort.

Great item
2 of 2 found this helpful The mouse arrived in a timely fashion and works perfectly, so no issues. The lighting software installed easily and allows interesting colour schemes. I certainly don't regret buying it.
