  We sell surplus items some new some open box. Thus we sell at a much lower price then retail. We do not test and cannot test the item if open box or new. We do not sell used items. We gave you a full refund immediately after you notified us without question. You still decided to give us a negative rating even though we gave you a full refund right away.
