Works great!
Works like charm, works also on a 54mm slot. Though you will need a phone charger plug that provides 5v of power for SATA external HD or DVD drives. Chip set type is different from manual though. It is printed on the card itself. So install the correct driver accordingly.

Works but not exactly comfortable
Works just like the more expensive ones. However, the materials are a little to stiff for this kind of mouth piece, so it's not really comfortable. It would be better if it's made of softer rubber-like materials, like those used in dental/periodontal mouth-pieces. Also, prepare for drooling by placing a towel on the pillow.
