    I ordered a jacket from this seller and received a vest. When I contacted the seller to advise them of the mistake, I was emailed a very aggressive reply. So, I took a photo of the vest and replied that I was telling the truth about the seller's error. I received a very watery weak apology for her tirade- when she realised her mistake. Sure, I received a refund, but it was an unpleasant transaction, all for nought…… with an unpleasant person...... all for a lousy flannel jacket I did not get!
