Waiting for a solution
We tried and tried and tried again to get this to work on my wife's MacBook. We've been in contact with embrilliance. Still waiting for a resolution. We have been trying this for multiple weeks now. All in all it looks like a great product. And embrilliance has done a good job to help us try to work through the problem. Nevertheless we're still waiting for a fix. We recognize the problem may be more related to the Mac operating system then to embrilliance. But you would think it would work.

Is there anything better? NOT : )
Like the collapsible design. Also the ability to easily adjust length. Quality is superior. Price was acceptable given the quality. Love the warranty!
