narrowboats - working on the canals - review
1 of 1 found this helpful This is an unusal subject matter to find and yet it is a subject of such growing proportions is am surprised there are not so many more of these titles available. I purchased this dvd as it is a subject i am most interested in though the film preparation was at a more amature level and the information was from a bygone age. I would like to see the working of the narrow boats up to the 1960's and a better look at the many and varied boats that are on the canals today. Its no surprise that in particular the London areas that 1st time buyers are chosing to live on the Canals as they are unable to afford to get a foot into the housing market and with so many livaboards out there this is an exciting and new development. Lets have much more choice out there. John

super steam, could do with more heat
1 of 1 found this helpful It is a wonderfully light and easy iron with an excellent steam operation something that my old one did not . Its only drawback is it does not get as hot as is needed therefore the steam function is used more than it should. It is a 2.4kw so has enough power i do not understand why the heat is an issue

make sure you look first and connect pipes on correct way around
simple piece of equipment that just does the job on small amounts of liquid transfer ideal for my use on a motorcycle
