Product is fine, but one caution

The product is fine but buyers of these licenses should be aware that the rules require that installation of all copies (in this case 5 installs) typically must be completed and validated within 48 hours. So if you don't have the time or have access to all PCs you intend to upgrade within that time frame, this may not be a good deal for you.
