  The item I received was not in the condition I was expecting due to a honest misunderstanding of a term used when selling cards. The seller was very quick to rectify the situation so the customer service I received was excellent! On reflection I should have been more diligent when purchasing and the problem could have been avoided if I had taken the time to contact the seller and ask for more pictures of the item.

  Seller was really nice and honest. When there were issues tracking the shipment, he went straight to the shipping company, had it resolved, and even paid to get it to me faster. And when he realized he made an honest mistake, thinking the bat he sold me was a USSSA bat when it was a USA bat, he immediately rectified the situation, offering me a 50% discount to keep the bat or the option to simply return it. He was extremely responsive and I would 100% buy from him again.
