GATEWAY SX2800-01 DESKTOP MOTHERBOARD MB.G8101.002 MBG8101002

Older MotherBoard AS FAST as many current I-7 processors.....

I got a BRAND NEW (Old Stock) Gateway SX-2800-02 Mother Board..... I had also bought a new Fan Assy, that luckily included the screws WITH the Four-Sided Screw holders, that went on the bottom of the MotherBoard, so as to screw them down..... It was a Thermalbake Fan Assy. Search: "Intel Cooler Heatsink w/Fan Silent Rifle Bearing Socket LGA775 95W CPU Cooling". It was about $12 on EBay. Since the MB was NEVER used, those metal screw-nuts (round), were NOT on the MB Assy and without those, you can NOT mount the Fan. The CPU, an Intel Core-Dual QUAD-Core 775 Series, runs at 78-82 Degrees. My original MP, with the SAME Quad-Core, it was running over 120-degrees.... I also updated to SSD Drives, and Win-10 only takes 10-Seconds to BOOT..... WOW !!!!!! GREAT Buy - FAST as A LOT of I-5 and I-7 processors !!!!! To bad they have discontinued the 775 series Quad-Cores!!! I KNOW this design is over 10+ years old, but it performs as well as many "NEW and Improved" versions on the market today !!!!!

Baofeng UV5R - WOW !!!

I have ALWAYS owned Yaesu Radios... Having 2 VX-1's, 3 VX-2's, 4 VX-5's, 1 VX-6, 4 VX-150's and 3 FT-7900's..... For the $ USD $ price of $34 Delivered I'm COMPLETELY Blown Away !!!!! The front-end is better than ANY of the Yaesu radios, and it even has 'voice prompts' for Menu functions !!! WOW !!!! I shopped around, checked Spec's/Units/Price, although there are now 8-watt units I thought I'd try the Bottom-End to see if it was worth investing in the Baofeng brand. Again, WOW !!!!! Well worth every penny, and than some... It feels very good, the size is a bit smaller than the VX-6 & 7's, but larger than the VX-2. The 'stock' duckie is actually quite good, a pleasant surprise. Using the GY561 Freq Counter with S-Meter the radio AND antenna was surprisingly 'Wide' unlike the Yaesus and Kenwood HTs... In a word: SUPERB !!!!!

GREAT Amps - Broadcast / Studio Quality !!!!

Not good.... THIS IS GREAT !!!!! Spec's-out and 160 watts/Ch (32vDC Supply). NOISE-FREE Runs VERY Cool - I now own TWO, Run them 24/7/365...... As a Broadcast Engineer, I'm ordering MORE for Radio & TV stations as Monitor-Amps..... These are A+ Class-D Amplifiers.... Period !!!!!!!
