Its Makita, what more can be said
Excellent for Metal roof cladding, having a low profile allows for easier handling and control when cutting.
Underneath the gear housing next to the cutting blades is prone to scratches, I made a small stainless cover plate which attaches to this area and prevents wear and tear. Makita you should make them.

Well built and does the job well
Well built, and does the job well for short carrying distances, this is due to the weight of the Dewalt DW 712

Flux coated rods makes for quick joints, no mixing paste etc
Easy to use and flows well, produces strong joints and easy to clean the spent flux from the joints.
