I have a house to declutter, duplicated duplicate items (some never used) bought when I've worked away from home and heaploads of deleted titled books and magazines - better that I sell them rather than dump it all on my Executor, when the time comes. When you've got too much stuff, Executorship is not something to foist upon a friend! Stuff is just stuff - and I mean to be a good friend.

So I hope my sales make for a good experience for buyers. I hate waste and want things to go to a good home and, speaking as someone who likes a bargain, I hope to spread a little happiness on top. At the moment, I'm (temporarily) inbetween jobs but NOT on the dole and I WON'T use food banks - so the money helps. When I can, some (not all) of my listings are for charity.

I combine shipping and aim to mail out items ASAP. Peace and kindness to all good people and other animals. :-)

Simple, effective, universal.
Designed in a way that it can accept different shapes/sizes of head. I've fitted a very old and rusty head to this helve and it works well. You COULD shave off wood in places to make a tighter fit but it's good, as-is - and it'll be usable with other head designs. If stored with the head off, it can ALSO serve as a dentistry tool for burglars. :-)

4 Stars only because it's not the latest edition.
A VERY useful book that, even if you use professional legal industry services, helps with: 1) Creating a will; 2) Dealing with Probate/Administration, and; 3) Understanding how this all works. Explains the various pitfalls and considerations to make when making a will and when to do it DIY, online or with full-blown legal industry services. Very importantly, it explains how to protect a will. Explains the differences between probate and administration, the processes and details that you need to understand and get right. NEGATIVES: This edition was superceded in 2016. So far as I can see, the crucial details that have changed since will be costs and charges (eg Inheritance Tax). There MAY well be technical details that have changed in law as well as contact details of useful resources, etc. During the Coronavirus Covid-19 crisis of 2020, it's difficult obtaining the current edition. This edition was the newest I was able to buy on the internet/anywhere. CONCLUSION: This book will save you a lot of money - and your benefactors a lot of heartache - if you need to write a will. If you need to deal with probate or administration, it will help enormously to make the process understandable and less painful and messy.
