Poor quality
Used it 3 times. Went well on the first two occasions, but unfortunately on the third time, the internal trigger mechanism broke - probably related to the gun not getting hot enough. So no good to me now. Will be shopping around for a better quality glue gun. Still have 95 glue sticks!

Works well
Was concerned about it arriving in one piece in the post, but it was very well packaged. The product works well - does what you expect it do. The biggest challenge was storage after use, given how fragile it is, but using the original packaging solved that problem - plenty of bubble wrap.

Does the job
