Yet, when there are stressful periods in my life, this product helps calm my mind down. I've gone through around 10 -15 bottles in the last 2 years and have had NO side effects

Very pleased
Very nice looking and very easy to take on/off. I have it on my Approach S62. I like that I can wear the watch while exercising, then shower, change bands, and wear with business attire.
