At that point I realized there was a good medical reason but they could have communicated it earlier without prompting. The shipping was listed as a "low ball" price of $8.00US but turned out to be closer to $30US. The "low ball" price could have been more realistic. Everything moves tracked, there are no gov't subsidies making it more expensive to send from Calgary to Vancouver than from Calgary to Miami, USA. Packing and shipping materials cost what they cost, 3-ring binders are a swine to ship so they arrive w/o the rings messed up. Doing it properly, which I -always- do, things take -time- to pack. You got -great- service so why am I burning time defending against a complaint over the cost of a cup of coffee ?

Delivery was a little slower (to the end of the delivery range quoted). The vendor sent regrets. Overall, good transaction.

Love that Tek gear that gets warm and glows in the dark
A great tool for measuring parasitics.
Highly accurate and stable.
Not that it actually needed but I completely rebuilt the power supply to a regulated solid state configuration.
Be -sure- to snub the half-secondaries of the PT as they ring when snapped hard-off by the rectifier diodes.
