Does exactly what it's supposed to do.
What's to say? It's a photodiode and performs according to the maker's specification.

Great value for money.
Excellent accuracy for the price, and easy to calibrate to an even higher precision - if you have the need. Everything needed; probes, cables, software etc. is included.
Much better value than spending about half as much on a cheap multimeter of dubious accuracy and build quality, and with less versatility.

Cheap, but carelessly made.
Cheap for a reason. The connections between wire and clips are only crimped, and poorly at that. Some only had one or two strands of wire touching the croc clip. You definitely need to check these before use.
