  The used door was just as described, and exactly what I needed. My offer was accepted offsetting the seemingly high shipping cost, but it was a heavy awkward shaped item, and arrived undamaged well packed secured to a pallet. There were minor confusions as to the dispatch date and courier to be used, which were not as stated on eBay, this was not a problem as the communication and response from the seller was quick and helpful. Its now fitted to my van and proved a good value purchase.

  Very much rating the seller here, rather than the item. Due to appalling service by the courier, Evri , there was a considerable delay of a week in delivery of this parcel, requiring me to open a non delivery case with eBay. Throughout the time, the seller kept in touch by telephone and even rang me twice in the evening time to discuss progress on the issue. Which is far and above typical customer service.
