  Unfortunately the courier left the parcel ‘somewhere’ in Cumbria (by a stone wall - we have lots of them in Cumbria!). The seller immediately offered a full refund. I provided hopefully sufficient information to allow the seller to make a claim against the courier. There was good communication throughout.
