Stylish and robust

This is a very stylish worktop protector for anyone with a black or grey worktop. I have bought Joseph Joseph products previously and always been very happy with the excellent quality of their kitchen accessories.

Poor quality & expensive

I originally purchased one of these from Primrose in April 2017. I am unable to leave a review on their site as they are managed through Feefo. After one summer the solar panel would not work and to be fair Primrose did send a complete new replacement in August 2018, rather than just the solar panel which was faulty. In March 2020 the bath broke completely away from the base, leaving the section which is supposed to attach the bath to the base snapped and stuck in the base section. On the positive side the birds loved the bath & used it almost daily, but it is poorly constructed for the cost & I would not buy another, as it is too flimsy and the fixings are poorly made. Had it not been for its appeal with the birds I would only have rated it 1 star.

Satisfied But Some IT & Battery Glitches

The item arrived well packaged and was exactly as described, but I found quite a few differences with this Motorola Razr from my old model which was exactly the same (Razr2 V9) which I think may be down to programming, as my old phone was not schemed to Telstar and the font size on the phone book is different. Also when I have bought previous ones and inserted the micro SIM and memory card everything has just uploaded exactly, which is not the case with this phone, but being a bit of a technophobe I am waiting for a friend who is more technically expert than I to try and resolve these issues, which I am told are down to the computer programs which have been installed. Otherwise, with the exception of the battery, which keeps running out of charge far too quickly I have been satisfied.
