  I was sent a 13 line para, instead of what was advertised a 9 line para. I tried contacting the seller few times no response still no refund seller refusing to accept the refund when I have tried contacting them on 4 occasions to resolve. Bad seller don’t buy from them. Send you wrong item and don’t reply back. Awful customer service. Refusing to give me a refund I’m dyslexic so 13 lined para is no use to me it makes reading difficult. Seller not disabled person friendly at all. Disappointed

  Packaging broken, no seal on bottle, bottle top loose! I contacted the seller who was rude and there was no offer of resolution! I wouldn’t recommend this seller and will never order from them again……beware!
