  Ordered 2 sets of this seller delivered quickly.. But!!! Only received one set After contacting the seller and informing them with proof!! they insisted that I recheck the package as I might have missed the other set (yeah ok) 😂 they then said they would refund as good will for missing item… not very professional or good customer service I definitely won’t be buying anything else from this vendor

  Each kit weighs 100g. The photo you sent of the label clearly shows a weight of 200g. We send single kits as large letters, but due to your order containing two sets and exceeding 2cm in thickness, it was processed at the post office as a small parcel at a higher cost! We don’t pay increased shipping fees for no reason. The postage alone confirms both items were packed, yet a refund was still issued purely as a courtesy. It’s unfortunate that integrity and common sense weren’t extended in return
