noisy and clunky controls

it has a very noisy motor. controls are slow to respond eg there is a 30 second wait when the draw is opened, although 30 secs isn`t the end of the word it ought to be instant. the sound is spoiled on low power because the noisy motor can be heard !! The sound is not as good as the "Cambridge" player it was bought to replace, of which I paid only £20 !
