Tastless food
1 of 1 found this helpful I'm afraid that the recipes I have tried rely on spices etc. to make the tasteless quinoa etc. appear to have flavour. They are just fillers and I feel that of course weight will be lost if you eat the amounts in the recipes. Try having home cooked food in smaller quantities and avoid ready meals which contain too much salt, sugar and fat. Not a book I was impressed by.
