Works as expected, but nothing extraordinary except whats expected here
This product was meant to clean urine and smelly carpet . It works very well to clean the carpet and it really looks new when you are finally done. I spend this weekend (6hrs+) on cleaning carpets and the result is visible.
But nothing comes perfect, the stains after urine which were not completely gone even with this machine, and what i define a pre-treatment was also needed here where it was really bad. But after that was tested i think the result was nearly 99% away, much better than not doing this.
All in all, the carpet cleaner do exactly what it is meant for.
Remember, cleaning the dirt bottle often, and learn how the carpet act on your moving back and forth. You might need to rotate your angle movement 90 degree, so it follows the pattern of the carpet, then you will have better result. If you see stripes, you do it wrong, then rotate your movement 90 degree :)
