An absolutely brilliant book and a perfect gift for anyone with limited mobility

I only wish that there were a few colour photographs to inspire us which 'walk' to do first. Otherwise informative and well laid out book.

An absolutely brilliant book and a perfect gift for the 'Dad to be'

I bought this book because it seems to me that fathers often get forgotten in the 'having a baby congratulations' that follow the wonderful news of a impending arrival. All I can say is wow! I can't wait to hand it over to my 'expecting' son it is a brilliant book. It's particularly appropriate for any forces or ex-forces but in all honesty it is a great gift idea for any dad to be or new dad.
