Usb white socket female on new board too wide i.e vertically
1 of 1 found this helpful Usb white socket female on new board too wide i.e vertically. Does not make electrical contact when pluged in. Very loose socket does not grip the male USB cable.
New board is same part number as old one i.e. 13802T3801.....CON 3803....SPK_R
New board has white female USB socket ....old board has black female USB socket
New board has white female audio socket .... old board has black female USB socket ( which incidentally plugs in OK and makes good electrical contact.

Surprised at what thickness it can cut....Getting the extra free battery as their offer a right pain, expect to take picture of this and that etc etc, back and forth with their claims department... hopefully might even receive it
