  Perfect bag, well packaged and posted promptly. Thank you. However, Yodel the delivery company were 3 days late. They were difficult to contact by phone and when I finally got through after an hour the telephone assistant's broken English was so bad he was totally incoherent . I had an email saying parcel would be delivered Wednesday but it did not arrive. Did not arrive Thursday and finally came Friday afternoon. Appalling service from Yodel.
