I was doom scrolling and didn't read the description well, so I assumed it had a power adapter, but that's really on me. Thanks for the fast service.Reply from: pennie7- Feedback replied to by seller pennie7.- Feedback replied to by seller pennie7.Thank you. It was a pleasure doing business with you. And, thank you for the feedback. We try to make our item descriptions as detailed as possible, but we'll review our layouts to see what we can do to make "This auction includes ..." more obvious and detailed.

Still the Best Smartphone on the Market for the Money
This is a pure GSM Android phone built to Google's specifications. So, what does this mean for you, the user? Here's ten reasons why you should get this phone:
** First, this phone is not just "unlocked," it is full featured unencumbered smartphone without any carrier-specific crippling of features. An unlocked carrier-purchased phone merely means that the phone may work on another carrier's network. But, that doesn't mean that the phone's features aren't crippled. Example: A carrier can cripple Bluetooth so that you can't transfer ringtones, music or data. Or, a carrier can turn off tethering. Crippled or turned off features are NOT restored if the phone is merely "unlocked." The Nexus One is an unencumbered phone - none of its features was ever crippled or turned off. All features work as the hardware manufacturer and Google envisioned them to work.
** Second, the Nexus One is a true GSM multi-carrier, international "world phone" compatible with all 4 GSM frequencies used throughout the world and compatible with data network transmission protocols up to and including 3G networks.
** Third, as of this writing (June 2011), the Nexus One is one of only 4 phones on the market with a 1GHz processor. Some of those shiny new carrier-sold phones use slower, older processors. And, yes -- you will see the difference in application load and performance times.
** Fourth, this phone gets the newest OS updates directly from Google while carrier-branded phones must wait for the carrier to push the update out to you -- if they ever do. Since this is one of Google's "reference platforms" (i.e., test bed phones for Android) the Nexus One gets all the latest and greatest features and updates first (not when your carrier decides to give them to you).
** Fifth, no crapware! No OS overlays. No interface eye candy. No "for your convenience and pleasure" carrier-specific software that robs performance, takes up bandwidth (and may monitor your activities).
** Sixth, long battery life. Compared to the other 3 phones in this processor class, the Nexus One has the best battery performance.
** Seventh, works with devices sold by the carriers and third parties without hassles. [Built to open source specifications will do that for you.]
** Eighth, Google technical support. Google (out of Mountain View, CA HQ) supports this device, not some third party support company half a world away.
** Ninth, the screen (AMOLED capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors with multi-touch input). Clarity, performance and operation is one of the best on the market -- still, after more than 18 months after it was introduced.
** Tenth, really useful optional accessories. There's a car kit (with built-in speakers and charging cable) and a desktop stand (with charging base). Just snap the Nexus One into either mount, and instantly the home screen changes to a navigation/phone/music player screen, or a day/date/time/music/alarm screen (respectively). [Removing the phone from the respective mounts returns the phone to the normal home screen.] The accessories are well-built and attractive.
The only limitation during my 18-months usage of a Nexus One is a minor one (IMHO) -- it can't access 4G data networks. This has not been a problem for me and I do travel extensively. [Bigger problem: the carriers' inability/reluctance to invest in bandwidth/towers.]

Great Value!
Purchased this device used so we could use our architectural design software on-the-go at client's homes. Works smoothly, feels well-built and has no obvious drawbacks except for a lack of USB ports (Really? 2 USB ports?). The exterior monitor port takes a special cable but works well without issues.
Other than I wish it had 1-2 more USB ports (a minor issue in the grand scheme of things), the product is working fine.
RECOMMENDATION: Buy used here and save the money over a new one.
