Great value!
I am a guitarist, and wanted a reasonable bass to use in home recordings. I ordered this bass from Rich Tone Music - it was delivered quickly, and was very securely packaged. First impression that it was quite light, and the finish was of a high standard. Both body and neck carry a satin finish, which is very tactile. Plugging it in revealed that it sounds great - the two pickups provide a wide variety of sounds, when used with the master tone control. Also, the so-called active 'Phat' control adds plenty of low-end thump. Set-up was fine straight out of the box, with string height and intonation both spot-on. All-in-all I am very happy with this bass, and would be very happy to recommend it. What a leap in quality over low-priced instruments that were available when I was learning guitar (back in the 1970s!)
