  I wish I would have realized this seller was the one I messaged and he/she ignored my question, because then I bought from them, not realizing it was the seller who ignored me. Instant regret on this purchase. Please do better and respond to questions from potential buyers.

  The "Question" asked me to forfeit my protection as a seller and use a label NOT from me or eBay. The "question" was NOT about the item. Since this is a common scam, the "question" was disregarded as such. USPS delayed delivery on their end, and the buyer was absolutely furious at me and downright cruel despite it being 100% out of my control. They threatened a refund multiple times but never asked. I would have gladly refunded. Unfair rating and an absolute bully to small businesses.
