No web browsing feature!!!!

I bought this TV coz of its potential smart tv features like f.e. web browsing (just like it says in the description above) . When I launched it for the first time I've noticed there is no web browser, so I contacted LG costumer service and they told me that this TV HAS NOT web browsing feature. what a fail.
