Really helps my joint pain
Have used P.P. shark cartilage to help w/my achy joints, (knees, esp.), for about 15-20 yrs. now & it helps tremendously. Doesn't COMPLETELY eliminate pain, but I can certainly tell a difference if & when I don't take it. I've also read that it may help in preventing cancer cell growth....can't attest to that, but it can't hurt!!
