A simple, but good workout
No equipment needed for this workout. These are exercises I've never done before, but are powerful. Even after just one 10 minute workout I felt I got a great workout. It says Butt Lift, but other parts of the body are worked as well. Awesome!

Great product. I highly recommend it.
I have been looking for good, effective exercise workouts and have come upon a gem. Kelly Coffey-Mayer delivers just that. I think she has become my new favorite exercise guru.
