  ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Buyer claimed a package they received from us was empty. I can say that with there being on me and as a professional ebay seller for over 30 years, I have never sent an empty envelope. The buyer was offered a replacement, but wanted a refund. I have overhead CCTV set up so if there are any problems i can check the video back. I found this footage expecting it to have been my fault, however the footage shows the item being put into the package and then sealed tightly. A refund was issued.
