  I made a mistake when I ordered this product. This company have been excellent they advised me what to do as it had not been dispatched but had been loaded on to the van for delivery next day. They told me not to accept delivery and that the delivery company would send it back to them, they would then give me a refund. The delivery young woman was very good but the customer services of that company was terrible, very rude and did not know his job. I would recommend Percy Pet Supplies to anyone

The only concern is that the couri /11er left the parcel at the care home instead of phoning me on arrival, I asked the courier to do. This happens every time Yodel are the courier service. My contact number is always on the delivery address and I always leave asking for the courier to call on arrival.
