My first new car...My love...Pedro
0 of 1 found this helpful This car is awesome!!! I got it brand new in 2000 and it's still running strong (130,000 miles)!! The car has survived Chicago's pot holes, being hit by a school bus and horrible maintenance. I travel about 80-100 miles Monday-Friday with light weekend drives close to home. The gas mileage rocks!! My repairs to date includes: replacing a head gasket; replacing a water pump, two major brake jobs and two sets of tires. Other than maintenance (when I remember)I had nothing else done to this car. It does burn oil quickly and idles high at times but that could be my fault. I can't speak more favorably of "Pedro", I love my Saturn. I will be getting the transmission and radiator flushed soon... hopefully. I will hold on to this car forever even after I buy my next Saturn...The VUE XR
