Finally, the item has arrived, but not before a very long delay in which it was claimed by the seller, the item had been thrown away. I requested a refund, which didn't happen and I received a telephone call from eBay yesterday. Maybe this prompted the seller to finally post the item to me via express delivery. So, as I would normally say: Item as described, well packaged. Dispatch was very slow, communications were fair but in the end, non existent. It didn't have to be this way.
