  Item arrived with a tear on the back that wasn’t identified in the listing description or photos. When contacted the seller she was very sorry and said she did not know about the rip, but she kindly refunded half the total price (as I liked the jacket and could probably get the tear fixed). So whilst disappointed initially, I was satisfied with the outcome from the seller. Thank you
