30CM OVAL ROASTER WHITE ENAMEL DISH ROASTING OVEN TRAY CASSEROLE PAN WITH LID

Perfect for baking bread.

I bought this roaster to bake my sourdough in. Shaped, proven and scored, I pop it in here on parchment paper in a cold oven. Set the temperature to 230 and after an hour a perfect loaf emerged. I haven't used it for anything else.
