    The banner and the pictures are really nice the only issue I had is I’ve ordered similar banners every year for the past 10 years and they have always been sent in a tube as this prevents the 2 crease marks on the banner. Unfortunately these was sent in an envelope folded so the crease marks will be visable when they are hung up it’s not a big deal I just expected it to arrive in a tube as I had always previously.

    Firstly I received someone else banner. when My order got resent my daughters name was spelt wrong a mistake on sellers behalf. Had complete lack of communication took days for response. Supposedly sent my order again for the 3rd time last week but received nothing and now sadly my daughter’s first birthday has already been. I messaged about a refund if I returned the 2sets of wrong banners and still haven’t heard nothing days later .
