Solution for Dry Skin
If you suffer from dry skin then this product is amazing as it doesn't dry but actually nourishes your skin when you shower/bath.

Useful, but not essential.
Although the book does come up with some new recipes that you don't get in the actual diet book, but I noticed a number of the recipes were variations of recipes in the book.

It Works!
2 of 2 found this helpful I've tried many diets over the past few years and this is the only diet I've tried that actually works. I also found it easy to follow once I was familiar with the 3 components of the diet. After 5 months and a little break when I was on holiday I lost almost 10 kg's. I stuck to the principles of the diet afterwards to maintain my weight.
