2 TON TONNE ENGINE CRANE STAND HOIST LIFT JACK HYDRAULIC FOLDING ADJUSTABLE

Well designed and made. useful features that make it a very practical tool.

So far I have only assembled it and tested the ram. I purchased the 2 ton hoist because one of the things I will need to move is my 700kg lathe and the jib of the 1 ton version would not be long enough to reach the lifting point. The hoist is solidly built and quite a heavy job to assemble for an 81 year old but not difficult. The fact that all the wheels castor as opposed to the fixed leg wheels on the 1 ton means that I can move it sideways and not have do some very difficult manoeuvres to just move the lathe forward to gain access to the back. another good feature is the fitting of slightly smaller wheels on the crossbar. these do not touch the floor when lifting, but when the hoist is folded it has 4 wheels for moving it around, which is necessary given the weight.
