Good decent pan
I make lots of curries. After years of using a stainless steel pan, I decided to invest in an aluminium one. I first bought it's 28cm cousin, which I love using. I then thought that I needed a slightly smaller one to make my Bombay Aloo and single portion curries in, so bought this 24cm version.
It does have a slight different cooking experience than it's larger cousin, but none the less it's good. When I first used it, it seemed that the curries did not thicken up as quickly.
I'm used to it now, and would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality aluminium frying pan, to buy one of these, you will not be disappointed.
I gave it 4 stars, because of the slightly longer cooking time it takes to make a curry, otherwise it would definitely be 5.

Garlic crusher
When it arrived it seemed small and not up to the job. How wrong can someone be. This a great little crusher. Not small, more compact. Crushes the garlic cloves with ease and is easy to clean. Would recommend this item
