Very happy with this product

Looks better than it is
From the photograph this looks like a real quality item at a fantastic price, with solid, metal-bodied jacks.
Don't be fooled; the jacks are plastic, designed and coloured to look like metal. The cable itself looks fairly low-grade too, without the finish and flexibility I associate with pro connects.
However it seems to work OK on the relatively few occasions I have used it so far. I have a feeling I shall be replacing it pretty soon, though.

Well priced, but let down by the mouse.
Keyboard seems fine, and the legends on the keycaps look as though they might last longer than the ones on my previous keyboard (also a Logitech). However I'm a hunt-and-peck typist, so not best qualified to comment on it from a true typist's perspective.
The M185 mouse, however, is quite unpleasant. I don't have big hands, but it feels small and awkward - and the dry, almost gritty action of the scrollwheel is verging on the nasty. It certainly isn't a patch on the larger, heavier and more ergonomic (but broken) Logitech M705 mouse that I bought it to replace.
I have marked the product as good value because the price I bought it at was substantially less than from other sellers - but I can't recommend it as a good buy on the basis of the miserable mouse.
