Red Line is a good brand.
In a tub so you've got more control on how much you use ..unlike a squirter where you get carried away. Not cheap but this tub will see me out!

Latest updated Elite/Eclat/Excel aluminium Rad much better than original.
1 of 1 found this helpful Winner have improved/modified the rad over time so it is a direct fit with all three model variants Elite Eclat Excel so no need for user modifications during fitting - which was needed for some model variants for previous versions of this rad.
The input top hose tail is now angled for better clearance and the strengthening struts /Elite/Eclat fan mounts no longer interfere with the later Excel fan cowl.
Also the re-positioned brass drain plug also functions much better than Lotus' original (plain) drain plug in that the Winner plug is internally slotted to allow a controlled drain spout with less mess and spillage!
It also the DUAL core design cools brilliantly on a slow moving road car in traffic and is much lighter than the original brass/copper Lotus rad. BTW don't go for thicker triple cores for a road car -you will need the FAN on more often in traffic.

Need modifying to work reliably.
Problem is, the differential friction required of the wavy spring washer is not achieved in practice. If you press on the top of your breaker bar to stop it slipping out of mesh whilst applying radial torque, the friction increases on the printed plastic dial and reduces on the indicator dial ..the result is the upper point dial sticks and misreads.
I modified mine to make it work. I fitted an L-shaped bracket to the clear top indiactor dial in order to facilitate a 'stop screw'. Once zero is set, wind in the stop screw to keep the clear indicator dial syncronised with the breaker bar. Easy for me to do (trained technician), but most punters will be flumoxed by it.
