Worth it
I'm 5'9" with 31" inside leg. I was OK with the std seat on low setting but felt a lower seat would be even better. It's a big heavy bike so having feet more firmly planted on the ground seemed a good idea. Having ridden with the low seat, I'm so glad I have forked out the not inconsiderable fee for it! I feel more confident on the bike now. I hadn't thought of this before I bought the bike but now I'm 30mm lower, the screen has become more effective too.

Ronseal product
It does what it says on the tin (well the box). I've been listening to this on my lengthy commute. Often I'd arrive after an hours drive without noticing the driving, I was so engrossed in it. I'm going to need to listen to it again, probably the second half where it gets a bit harder, to understand it all. Much better than the way I learned o level French in school.

Great addition to the gs 1200
Sat nav and all the bike data on the screen all selectable from the wheel on the left hand bar. Must have for the bike. Feels a bit dated on the sat nav but forgivable for the overall product quality and functionality.
