  Item arrived damaged, with a botched repair, of which there was no mention in the item description and the seller denies all knowledge of this botched repair. I struggle to believe this, but if so it shows a complete lack of care on the seller's part. Not only this, but the jewelry box arrived locked and without a key, even after explicitly asking whether the key was present etc. After contacting the seller he accused me of locking the box and losing the key, having only just received it.
